1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or using CrackersMom (tn99.in), you agree to these terms.
- If you don't agree, please stop using the platform.
- These terms apply to shop owners, customers, and all visitors.
- We may update these terms — continued use means you accept the changes.
2. What We Offer
CrackersMom is a SaaS platform that lets crackers shop owners launch and manage their online store easily.
- A branded website (e.g. yourshop.tn99.in) with mobile-friendly storefront.
- Admin dashboard for managing products, orders, customers, and offers.
- Order tracking, invoice generation (PDF), and WhatsApp share tools.
- SEO-optimized product pages to help your store rank on Google.
- Optional add-ons like custom domain, payment gateway, and design changes.
3. Your Account
When you sign up, you become responsible for keeping your account safe.
- Provide accurate shop name, contact, and business details.
- Keep your password private — never share it with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access.
4. Pricing & Payment
We follow a simple 'Pay only for what you use' model — no hidden charges.
- Plans start from monthly to seasonal (e.g. Diwali-only) packages.
- Payment is due before your store is activated or renewed.
- Prices may change for new plans — existing subscriptions stay the same till renewal.
- Refunds: Once a store is activated, the setup fee is non-refundable. Unused months on yearly plans may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
- All prices are in INR and exclude applicable taxes (e.g. GST) unless mentioned.
5. Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance
Please use CrackersMom only for legal crackers business activities following Indian law.
- Sell only 'Green Crackers' compliant with CSIR-NEERI and Supreme Court mandates.
- Do not list Barium-based crackers or any products banned by the Supreme Court.
- Ensure all product descriptions and safety warnings are accurate.
- Do not attempt to hack, overload, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Do not use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp.
6. Your Business Responsibility
CrackersMom provides the technology — you run your business safely.
- You must hold a valid license (Temporary or Permanent) to sell crackers.
- You are responsible for age verification (ensuring buyers are 18+).
- You handle GST registration, tax filing, and HSN code compliance.
- You are responsible for safe packing and shipping as per PESO guidelines.
- Customer disputes regarding product quality or delivery are your responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
Some things belong to you, some to us — here's the simple split.
- Yours — your shop name, logo, product photos, and customer data.
- Ours — the CrackersMom platform, software, design, and brand name.
- You give us permission to display your store content on the tn99.in domain.
- Don't copy our platform code, design, or features for a competing service.
8. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to keep things running, but we can't promise perfection.
- The platform is provided 'as is' — sometimes there may be downtime or bugs.
- We're not liable for lost sales, missed orders, or customer disputes.
- Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party tools (payment gateway, WhatsApp, etc.).
9. Cancellation & Termination
You can leave any time. We can also stop service if rules are broken.
- Cancel by emailing us — your store stays live till the end of your current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, your data is kept for 90 days, then deleted.
- We may suspend accounts for unpaid invoices, illegal activity, or rule violations.
- On termination, you can request an export of your products & order data.
10. Governing Law
These terms follow Indian law. We hope it never comes to court — let's talk first.
- Governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute will first be resolved by friendly discussion.
- If unresolved, courts in Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll always tell you clearly.
- Updated date will appear at the top of this page.
- Major changes will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
- If you don't agree with the new terms, you can cancel your account.
